VINAATAA is operated by NST. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account details - your name, mobile number and email, plus your target exam and year.
- Learning activity - tests attempted, answers, scores, time per question, bookmarks and flashcards.
- Device information - device type, app version and a notification token so we can send you alerts.
- Payment records - the amount, date and reference of any purchase. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
How we use it
- To create your account and keep you signed in.
- To deliver tests and show your results, rank and analytics.
- To notify you about new tests, results and reminders.
- To process payments and unlock what you have paid for.
- To detect misuse, such as account sharing or cheating.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share only what is needed with:
- Razorpay - to process payments securely.
- Google Firebase - to deliver push notifications.
- Cloud storage - to host question images and study files.
Students under 18
Our platform is used by school students. We collect only what is needed to run the course, and we do not show advertising or sell data. If you are a parent and want your child's data removed, write to h@gmail.com and we will act within 30 days.
How long we keep it
Account and performance data is kept while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your personal details and keep only anonymous statistics and records we must retain by law, such as payment invoices.
Security
Passwords are stored hashed, data travels over encrypted connections, and access is limited to staff who need it. One account works on one device at a time.
Your choices
- Update your details any time from your profile.
- Turn off notifications from your device settings.
- Ask us for a copy of your data, or for deletion, at h@gmail.com.
