By creating an account on VINAATAA you agree to these terms. VINAATAA is operated by NST.

Your account

• One account belongs to one student. Sharing login details is not allowed.
• Your account works on one device at a time. Signing in elsewhere signs you out here.
• Keep your mobile number current, since it is used to sign in.

Taking tests

• Each test has a fixed duration and marking scheme, shown before you start.
• Answers save automatically. A test submits itself when the timer ends.
• Copying questions, recording the screen or sharing content is not allowed.
• We may cancel a result or suspend an account where we find cheating or sharing.

Payments

• Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated.
• Payments are handled by Razorpay. Access unlocks once payment is confirmed.
• A single test purchase gives access to that test only.
• A subscription unlocks the features listed on its plan for the stated period.

Subscription renewal

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel.
• You can cancel any time from the app. Access continues until the period you have already paid for ends.
• We will tell you before any price change takes effect.

Refunds

Because access to digital content is immediate, payments are generally not refundable. If you were charged twice, or paid and did not receive access, write to h@gmail.com within 7 days and we will investigate and refund where the fault is ours.

Our content

Questions, solutions, notes and study material belong to NST or its licensors. You may use them for your own preparation. You may not copy, publish, resell or share them, including in coaching classes or on social media.

Availability

We aim to keep the platform running at all times but cannot promise uninterrupted service. Tests may occasionally be rescheduled or corrected.

Limits of liability

We provide preparation material and analytics. We do not guarantee any particular exam result or rank. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will post the new version here. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India have jurisdiction.
